Influgest is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This document explains our approach to data protection, the roles we play in processing data, and the rights you have as a data subject. We aim to be transparent about how we handle personal data across our platform.
01Our GDPR commitment
Influgest is dedicated to ensuring that all personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in line with the GDPR. We embed data protection principles into the design and operation of our platform. Our goal is to maintain the trust of our users by handling personal data responsibly.
02Controller and processor roles
In relation to the data of our account holders, Influgest acts as a data controller. When processing data on behalf of our agency customers as part of their campaigns, we may act as a data processor. In each case, we apply appropriate safeguards and honour the obligations that correspond to our role.
03Your rights under the GDPR
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to data portability, the right to object to certain processing, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions. We facilitate the exercise of these rights in accordance with the law.
04How to exercise your rights
You can exercise your data protection rights by contacting us at info@influgest.com with details of your request. We may ask you to verify your identity before responding to protect your data. We will respond to legitimate requests within the timeframes required by the GDPR.
05Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the basis of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where applicable. We identify the appropriate legal basis for each processing activity before it begins. Where we rely on consent, you are free to withdraw it at any time.
06International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place. These may include Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or transfers to countries with an adequacy decision. We take appropriate measures to protect your data during international transfers.
07Data Protection Officer
Where required, Influgest designates a point of contact responsible for overseeing data protection matters. This function monitors compliance with the GDPR and serves as a contact for data subjects and supervisory authorities. You can reach this function through info@influgest.com.
08Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain, the competent authority is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos). We encourage you to contact us first so we can address your concerns.
